Display Modes
You can choose between three display modes:
Scroll Mode
Read Mode
Score Roll
The best display mode depends on your device's screen size and what you want to do (practice, annotate, or just flip through).
Where do I change the display mode?
That depends on the device, web or app and if you're using standard sheet music or interactive sheet music:
Browser
Desktop: in the top menu → View options
Smartphone:
Standard scores:
Portrait: in the top menu → View options
Landscape: in the top menu → View options
Interactive scores:
Portrait: in the 3-dot menu → View options
Landscape: in the top menu → View options
Tablet:
Portrait: in the top menu → View options
Landscape: in the top menu → View options
App
Smartphone:
Standard notes: in the bottom menu → View options
Interactive notes: in the 3-dot menu → View options
Tablet:
Standard notes: in the top menu → View options
Interactive notes: in the bottom menu → View options
Which mode should I use?
The Scroll mode works best if you want to use the autoscroll feature while playing or annotating. This is the most flexible option for both standard notes and interactive notes, and it’s one of two space-saving settings – perfect for small screens.
The reading mode is often used on devices with bigger screens and for tablets, and it gives you the best sheet music feeling. Just keep in mind that autoscroll won't work in this mode. Instead, you can turn pages by clicking the arrows at the edge of your screen (desktop) or by swiping left or right (smartphone, tablet).
Score-Roll shows the bars horizontally, and the notes move when autoscroll is on or while playing interactive scores, from right to left. This setup is perfect for smartphones and displays the notes as large as possible. It's only available in landscape mode on mobile. You can use all interactive functions, but no annotations.

Number of pages shown
In scroll mode, you always only see a single page. In reading mode, you can choose if a single page or two pages are shown at the same time. The two-page view works especially well for big screens.
